High quality large fish filleting knife from ‘Dark Water’. The knife features a thin, slender blade with full serrations down the spine. It’s fully flat ground which helps with creating thin slices and includes a fine tip for detail work and removing fish bones.

The Dark Water fixed blade is fitted with a textured, grippy and contoured handle that help prevent it from slipping from your hand at the side of the lake. Comes with a black nylon slip sheath for storage and transport.
