All orders are now shipped using Royal Mails Age Verified Delivery Service. 

If you appear under 25 you will need to show identification as proof you are over 18 years of age.

*If your order has been processing for over 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), we require proof of age. No orders will be shipped to new accounts before the customers age is established. Please either upload this to your account or email it to us at support@knifewarehouse.co.uk. Postage is FREE for all Orders Over £50 and just £4.99 for orders below £50.

 

• All verified accounts orders (existing customers that have provided proof of age) are shipped the same working day (before 3pm) and there is no need to send in ID again, your account will be saved as ‘ready to ship’.
• Nothing will be shipped to anyone under 18 or anyone without proof of age. This is very important as it is a legal requirement, no knives will be shipped until we have verified and approved your account. You can upload you proof of age/ID to your account or email it to us at support@knifewarehouse.co.uk.

Our parcels are sent by Royal Mail, which should arrive within 48 hours from dispatch (2 working days – not including weekends or Bank Holidays).

We no longer ship to any country outside of the United Kingdom.  With so many different knife laws in each country, different customs rules and extra difficulty shipping we have stopped international shipping from 2021, apologies if this affects you.
