Description

12 Inch XL filleting knife from Elk Ridge designed with satin finished 5Cr15 stainless steel blade. It’s delicately curved and fully flat ground for precision filleting. The blade is narrow and extremely sharp. It also features a laser etched Elk Ridge logo.

The handle is full tang and made from injection moulded nylon fiber. Grippy, comfortable, and very unlikely to slip even in the worst of conditions. Comes with black sheath that includes a built in sharpener.
