Ok – Before the knife review just a quick concern on the heading of this category..
    UK Legal spring assisted knives
Is there such a thing? I always thought these were illegal in the UK to carry? (I get these are legal to possess as they are not full springers..)
I assume that is what it means in the title – Wouldn’t want to get caught carrying one in public, feeling it is UK legal….all I’m saying.
    The knife.
A GREAT little knife! My favourite so far from a little selection I purchased here.
A really lovely, balanced weight and a nice compact, handleable size.
Very quick deployment with a very easy ‘roll’ of the finger.
Simple styling with a sturdy and tight fitting pocket clip already attached.
    Sharp outta the box too!
Would be an EDC for me we’re laws different, that’s for sure!
A lot of little, quality knife for great value.

    • Pretty much any knife is illegal to carry, any locking knife for example. These are legal to own in the UK, i.e not on the offensive weapons list (now 2018).
There is confusion about spring assisted knives in the UK, they are not flick knives, fully automatic, and do not currently fit into the governments definition of a flick knife which are banned.
Saying that, they do plan to amend the definition with the violent crime reduction bill, so these may be banned next year sadly.
      Maybe I should amend this.
