Description
This is a deluxe knife model which has been traditionally hand finished & based on one of the most famous movie knives going, Mick Dundee’s bowie. The full length of the knife is 15 inches with a 10 inch blade and 5 inch handle. The blade is full tang and constructed from 440 stainless steel. The hand guard is made from brass. The handle is very attractive hardwood.
The Deluxe bowie knife comes with a thick leather sheath, this is very tough and sturdy and of course has a belt loop.

Very happy with this knife! It’s massive, like a small machete. The blade is thick, full tang and will split logs. It comes very sharp, the edge has held up so far. I’m looking forward to sharpening it, which will be a challenge on the whetstone!
The only modification I made was carving and sanding the handle thinner and rounder (not by much). I have small hands and I was splitting logs with it though so it’s fine the way it is, I just love customising. Quality leather sheath suits the knife.
I got a free lock knife with this purchase, one with a blue blade. I wouldn’t normally buy one like this but it’s really nice. I’ll be checking out the lock knives now!

What can I say that hasn’t been said already, it’s a great knife and I can guarantee you will not find as good a knife for this money elsewhere. It arrived today and I’ve sharpened it up a bit and oiled it up. Going to cut a blood groove it it at some point, but for now it’s on my wall as stock. What a great knife, might even leave it as stock…

As much as i love the look of this knife i feel a little let down with the finish on the handle. The hand guard rattles so when i took a closer look at it i noticed that the wood that is stuck to the tang is not actually level by the hand guard so it sits at a slight angle. Other then that i can’t fault the blade it looks great.
Maybe i’m just being too fussy.

First I wanna say this knife is great minus 2 issues with the handle, it’s not flush with the tang and looks a little sloppy, also the shape tends to make it twist when striking with it. Also if you own this knife and wanna do the Dundee catchphrase then don’t do the mandala effect one, it’s that’s not a knife, that’s a knife, not this is a knife, but yeah, great blade, sturdy and sharp with great weight and balance
