Los Olivos is Knife Warehouse’s own brand of artisan knives. Los Olivos means the Olive Trees in Spanish. This new brand of knives are all hand made in Albacete, a region known for centuries for its knife making. Juan Martinez is the chief knife maker with more than 20 national and international awards for his knives. Only the highest quality materials are used and genuine pride in all their work guarantees you a beautiful knife. Heat-treated, all blades ensure a 58 HRC steel hardness.
